Honey Harvest April 1, 2017 Innermost Gardens Inaugural Honey Harvest with Team Beeple Beehives landed at Innermost Gardens a few months ago and the time has come to thank the bees for their hard work while extracting the first harvest. On the 8th April, just before the Community Dinner the Beeple team will be carrying out a honey harvest. Fingers crossed for a successful day! It’s been a tough year for pollination. The crazy wind, rain and cold meant that bees across NZ struggled, but as our other hives around Wellington and the Hutt Valley have shown we hope the Innermost hives have had a successful (short) season.
